Care studentesse, cari studenti

come sapete la capienza delle nostre aule è ridotta al 50% e pertanto per gli insegnamenti numerosi si rende necessaria la suddivisione in due tribù. A questo LINK trovate un elenco degli insegnamenti interessati da tale procedura, consultatelo frequentemente perché potrebbe essere aggiornato nei prossimi giorni.

Per semplificare l’avvio delle attività e la creazione delle tribù, nella prima settimana di lezione, per tali insegnamenti si procederà nel seguente modo:

• Lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì potranno partecipare in presenza gli studenti e le studentesse, inclusi i pre-immatricolati, con cognome A-G,
• martedì e giovedì potranno partecipare in presenza gli studenti e le studentesse, inclusi i pre-immatricolati, con cognome H-Z.

Tale suddivisione avverrà contando sulla vostra collaborazione e vi ricordiamo che dovrete prenotare l’accesso mediante l’app di ateneo. Ovviamente al fine di rendere operativa questa procedura, gli insegnamenti interessati attiveranno un canale Teams aperto, ove fruire liberamente dello streaming live nella prima settimana mediante l’uso di un codice di accesso. Tale codice di accesso può essere reperito nell’orario delle lezioni accanto agli insegnamenti.

A partire dalla seconda settimana, ovvero la settimana dal 4 all’8 ottobre, negli insegnamenti organizzati per tribù la fruizione in presenza procederà a settimana alterne nel modo seguente:

• Seconda, quarta, sesta, … settimana: Seguono in presenza gli studenti e le studentesse con cognome A-G;
• Terza, quinta, settima, … settimana: Seguono in presenza gli studenti con cognome H-Z.

La tribù a distanza potrà seguire la didattica in streaming live, e a tal fine il Team dell’insegnamento sarà opportunamente organizzato in due canali privati. Gli studenti che rientrino nelle categorie elencate nell’Art.1 del D.R. n.949 del 17/09/2021 (https://www.univaq.it/include/utilities/blob.php?item=file&table=allegato&id=5322) verranno inseriti in entrambi i canali privati, al fine di poter fruire integralmente di tutto l’insegnamento in remoto.

Tutti gli altri insegnamenti verranno invece svolti in presenza, garantendo comunque modalità didattiche alternative a tutti gli studenti di cui alle predette categorie del D.R. n.949. Tali modalità alternative (streaming live o video registrazioni asincrone) verranno stabilite dal docente sulla base delle proprie esigenze didattiche, tenendo conto anche della numerosità degli studenti in remoto.

Data la situazione particolare questi orari potrebbero essere soggetti a piccole variazioni, pertanto vi invitiamo a consultare frequentemente l'orario del vostro corso di studi, anche per reperire i codici di accesso.

Dear students,

as you know the capacity of our classrooms is reduced to 50%, and therefore oversized classes have to be split into two tribes. At this LINK you will find a list of the classes affected by this procedure, check it frequently because it may be updated in the next few days.

To simplify the start of activities and the creation of tribes, in the first week of lectures, for these classes we will proceed as follows:

• On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, students, including pre-enrolled students, with surname A-G, can take part to the lectures in attendance
• On Tuesday and Thursday, students, including pre-enrolled students, with surname H-Z can take part to the lectures in attendance.

This division will take place counting on your collaboration and we remind you that you will have to book access through the university app. Obviously, in order to make this procedure operational, the concerned courses will activate an open Teams channel, where remote students can freely enjoy live streaming in the first week through the use of an access code. This access code can be found in the lesson timetable.

Starting from the second week, namely the week from October 4 to 8 O, in the classes organized by tribe, the attendance will proceed as follows:

• Second, fourth, sixth,… week: Students with surname A-G take part in attendance;
• Third, fifth, seventh,… week: Students with surname H-Z take part in attendance.

The remote tribe will be able to follow the lectures in live streaming, and for this purpose the associated team will be appropriately organized into two private channels, one for each tribe. Students who fall into the categories listed in Article 1 of the D.R. n.949 of 17/09/2021 (https://www.univaq.it/include/utilities/blob.php?item=file&table=allegato&id=5322) will be included in both private channels, in order to be able to fully enjoy all remote lectures.

All the other courses will instead be fully given in attendance, by guaranteeing in any case alternative teaching methods to all the students referred to in the aforementioned categories of the D.R. 949. These alternative methods (live streaming or asynchronous video recordings) will be established by the lecturer on the basis of her/his teaching needs, also taking into account the number of remote students.

Given the particular situation, the timetable may be subject to small variations, therefore we invite you to check frequently the timetable of your course of studies, also in order to find the access codes.
